Yes, we have lots of resources and outsource items/ ideas on request. Retail brands, electronics, and out of the box ideas is our strength!
What are your lead times?
Lead times and availability vary. It's best to confirm on a case by case basis to make sure we know your expectations so we are proposing the right item.
Where do your products ship from?
It varies from shipping from our warehouse to directly from the factory. Product fulfillment is varied by each product in order to meet your need and bring you the most economical price.
How are retail brands customized?
Imprint processes vary depending on the item. Pad printing on electronics is common. Decals, silk screening, and debossing are used for categories.
Can retail brands do complete customization overseas?
Yes, each product will have different minimums and flexibility on overseas custom projects. Lead times at 90-120 days are typical.
How do I ensure availability for my program redemption?
Communication about your program details and dates will help ensure availability.

Why is the factory price close to the retail price?
This varies by product category. There are situations that can occur where retail pricing is similar or even lower. Usually due to promotional programs that are timed events. Also, products that are advertised at a low price with limited availability.
Where does the bill come from - Plybon or the factory?
Both - In most cases billing comes from the factory. Plybon invoices for Sony and Canon and a few other brands as needed. We need to confirm on a case by case basis.
By coming through The Plybon Company, are we paying a higher price?
No, consider us an extension of the factory.
